The purpose of this study is to understand student exercise experience during classes and after school, and provide suggestions based on student's perspective for school to prepare program for exercise between classes and after school. A purposive sampling was used to identify six students in the same high school at New Taipei City. Data was collected from semi-structured interviews and meta-analysis through the constant comparison. Results: The exercise between classes and after school of high school students had both positive and negative experience. Positive experiences such as: relieved pressure and improved concentration, experienced accomplishment and pleasure, expanded relationships, increased physical fitness and health maintenance. Negative experiences such as: gender stereotypes, experienced frustration, increased injury, lack of space, equipment and time. Conclusion: The Exercise experience between classes and after school of high school students were influenced by themselves, their peers, and environmental factors. It could be identified as "positive Exercise experience" and "negative Exercise experience".
