高雄地區民眾接受成人預防保健之認知及需求之調查

摘要

目的：本研究針對大高雄地區民眾進行問卷調查，希望瞭解民眾目前對成人預防保健服務的觀點，主要探討問題包括：調查民眾對預防醫療保健服務的認知及需求，以及了解影響民眾參與健檢意圖的因素。方法：本文採用問卷調查法，共收回有效問卷457份。結果：87.53%的受訪者同意預防保健是好的，但是有58.86%的受訪者並不知道成人預防保健服務所提供的服務項目。49.02%一般受訪者都到市立醫院或署立醫院去做預防保健檢查，其次有38.73%的受訪者到大型醫學中心接受健檢。有70.24%的民眾願意花錢做健保體檢所沒有提供的自費項目，但大多（51.86%）都在4000元以內，另外民受接受健康檢查的原因以工作單位要求或提供（47.48%）、感覺身體不適或自覺罹患疾病（41.58%）、重視“預防勝於治療”關心自己身體健康（38.51）三者為最重要因素。結論：大多數的民眾對於健檢的滿意度很高，但是對於健檢的了解仍不是很足夠；且接受健檢的地點大多集中在公立或大型醫院；經濟能力亦是決定民眾是否願意自費做進一步的健診。

This study uses questionnaire to survey the people in Kaohsiung area for understanding their demand and awareness of Adult Preventive Health Service, and the reasons of accepting Adult health examination. Among 457 effective returns, 58.86% participants do not know the items of Adult Preventive Health Service. 49.02% of participants accept the adult health examination in the Municipal or general hospitals' Department of Health, and 38.73% in large medicine center. 70.24% participants are willing to pay out-of-pocket expenses to get more services that NHI does not cover, and 16 most participants (51.86%) think the appropriate price of out-of-pocket expenses is under NTD 4,000. Three most important reasons, the requirement by work unit, feeling unwell, and prevention purpose, may influence participants accepting health examination. Consequently, most participants get misunderstanding about the health policy of health examination, even if they think it is important. Some further suggestions are provided in this study.
