原住民族群隔代家庭祖孫教養態度之探討-以花蓮縣秀林鄉為例

摘要


近十年來,隔代家庭相關統計數字及研究報告,顯示出原鄉地區的隔代教養問題,日益嚴重,本研究主要的目的是想以原住民自身的角度,探討隔代教養中祖孫的態度,找出其成為弱勢族群的因素,瞭解「隔代家庭」並不等同於「問題家庭」,去除主流意識「污名化」觀感。本研究目的及價值:1.瞭解隔代家庭中祖父母對教養的看法。2.瞭解隔代教養家庭中成員,如何適應轉變及其因應策略。3.導正主流社會對隔代家庭之「污名化」觀感。4.針對隔代家庭問題需求,提供公、私部門(非營利組職)等社福機構適當建議。本研究發現隔代家庭中,如祖輩自身教育程度低、收入低、社經地位低等等因素,導致在教養時,產生種種困難,如課業輔導、經濟上無法充分支援及溝通技巧有代溝問題等,衍生出行為偏差,在社會變遷下,無法避免產生的一種新的家庭型態,並體諒弱勢家庭的無奈及困境主動幫助他們。

Over the past decade, the inter-generational family-related statistics and research reports showing Hometown grandparent problem growing main purpose of this study is to explore with grandparents or grandparent and grandchild to the indigenous people of their own point of view, attitude, find out the factors of the disadvantaged groups, and to understand the inter-generational family ”is not the same” problem families ”to remove the mainstream consciousness” stigma ”perception. In this study, the purpose and value: 1. Understanding of the inter-generational family, grandparents educated view. 2. Learn the grandparent family members, how to adapt to changes in their coping strategies. 3. on positive mainstream society of inter-generational family ”stigma” perception. 4. Demand for inter-generational family problems, to provide the public and private sectors (non-profit group post) and other social welfare organizations and appropriate recommendations. The study found that the inter-generational family, grandparents own low level of education, low income, low socioeconomic status, among other factors, resulting in difficulties in the upbringing, such as tutoring, not be able to fully support economic and communication skills gap problem etc., derived from deviant behavior, social change, a new family patterns can not be avoided, and sympathize with the helpless and the plight of the disadvantaged families to take the initiative to help them.
