探討懷孕青少女對懷孕事件之經驗感受

摘要

青少女懷孕引起的諸多負向影響促使青少女懷孕事件成爲我國公共衛生之重要議題，本研究採質性研究，旨在探討懷孕青少女歷經懷孕事件之經驗感受，以方便取樣訪談了七位個案，運用低結構的訪談指引進行深度訪談及錄音。研究結果在懷孕青少女歷經懷孕事件之主觀經驗方面獲得「不得已的抉擇、靠自己、努力掙扎」三個主題；主觀感受則獲得「不確定感、擔心焦慮、生氣憤怒、孤獨無助、罪惡感、不切實際的迷思」等六個主題，根據本研究結果發現，懷孕青少女之主觀經驗感受涵蓋了生理、心理、社會與靈性四個層面的衝擊，懷孕青少女或青少年母親無能力自行克服此些衝擊，需家人、男友或同儕及多元專業資源的協助，方能安然渡過非預期性懷孕的調適歷程。

Pregnancy and childbearing among teenagers have been considered as an important public health issue because which will induce much negative influences. The main purpose of the qualitative study was to explore the experiences and perceptions of teen pregnancy. Seven pregnant teenager consented to participate in this research. Using the low-structure questions to interview the participants. Their answers were audiotaped as data collecting.
Content analysis was used to analyze the collected data. The major findings of the study were as follows: subjective experience (including make-decision to be compelled, rely on oneself, and to strive) and subjective perception (including uncertainly, anxiety and worry, anger, lonely and helpless, guilty, and unrealistlic myth). According to these findings, we realized that the experiences and perceptions of teen pregnancy encountered the physiological, psychological, social and spiritual impacts.
Adolescent girls can not face these stresses independently, who need the supports of families, boy friend, peers, and multiple professional resources to go through the adaptation process of nonplanning pregnancy.
