本研究以旅館業員工爲研究對象,主要目的在探討旅館業員工之工作滿足,以方便取樣之方式,發出問卷300份問卷,回收有效問卷爲229份,有效回收率爲76.33%。資料處理工具採描述統計、項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、t考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析資料。研究結果爲:(一)人口背景變項,以女性員工居多;年齡以21-30歲居多;教育程度以大專或大學居多;婚姻狀況以未婚或單身居多;收入以20,001~40,000元居多;擔任職級以服務人員居多。(二)工作滿足經因素分析後得到人際關係、工作成就、工作環境與主管等四個構面。(三)不同性別在工作滿足中達顯著差異。不同年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、每月平均收入及擔任職級在工作滿足中未達顯著差異。
The purpose of this study was to examine hotel employees' perception toward job satisfaction. Total 300 questionnaires were administered, and 229 effective questionnaires were collected from three major hotel employees. The response rate was 76.33%. The data analyze mainly used the description statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test and One-Way analysis. The results of the study showed: (a) Female employees; the age of 21-30; the junior college or university education level; unmarried respondents; salary NTD20,001~40,000; and service staffs consisted the largest population. (b) There were five dimensions retrieved from the results of factor analysis: interpersonal relationship, job achievements, job environment and superintendent. (c) Significant differences were found in gender toward job satisfaction. No significant difference reported among age, marital status, level of education, income, and duty grade toward job satisfaction.
