臺中市國小學童運動參與動機對運動樂趣之影響-以社會支持為干擾

The influence of the exercise participation motivation of elementary school students in Taichung City on sports fun - interference with social support

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市國小學童運動參與動機對運動樂趣之影響,以及社會支持在臺中市國小學童運動參與動機對運動樂趣的影響之干擾情形。以臺中市國小學童為研究對象,總共發放450份問卷,回收442份,剔除無效問卷16份,共計426份有效問卷,有效問卷回收率94.6%。本研究利用統計套裝軟體SPSS 19.0中文版進行敘述性統計、皮爾森積差相關、簡單迴歸及階層迴歸等分析。經結果分析與討論後獲得以下結論:臺中市國小學童運動參與動機對運動樂趣有正向影響。運動參與動機之健康需求、成就需求、社會需求及學習需求對運動樂趣也具有正向影響。在調節部分,發現社會支持之師長支持與運動參與動機之成就需求交互作用愈高時,愈能有效提升國小學童運動樂趣。最後,根據研究結果,提出對教育相關人員及後續研究者之參考。

The study aims to explore the Influence of the sports motivation of elementary school students in Taichung City on sports fun and discover the moderating effects of social support. The samples of this study were collected from elementary school students in Taichung City. Subjects were 450 people by purposive sampling. 442 copies of the questionnaire have returned and 16 of which were invalid, the valid returning rate was 94.6%. A total of 426 valid questionnaires were retrieved. After questionnaire responses are received, descriptive analysis, the Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis are done by the SPSS19.0 Chinese version. The results of a present study were described as follows: 1. The sports motivation of elementary school students in Taichung City has a positive influence on sports fun. 2. "Health Demand" "Achievement Demand" "Social Demand" and "Learning Demand" of the sports motivation have a positive influence on sports fun. 3. Under the moderating effects of "Support from Teachers" of social support, "Achievement Demand" of the sports motivation has a positive influence on sports fun. Finally, based on the outcomes, it provides a concrete suggestion for the education personnel and the researchers of follow-up studies.
