英法國際展覽觀摩心得與啟示

摘要

會展產業在國內日益普遍。政府欲藉由會展活動達成「新南向政策」，所以大學院校積極推動會展課程的學習。相較於歐美等會展產業成熟的國家而言，台灣尚有一段發展的路要走。2015年和2016年，筆者前往全球最重要的倫敦「英國國際安全科技展」— IFSEC展和法國「坎城春季電視節展」— MIPTV，進行實地實務觀摩。無論是在規模或管理上，有許多值得台灣展覽主辦單位借鏡之處。期間，筆者的收獲不僅可以豐富教學內容，縮短課堂理論和實務的落差，亦使筆者對比出台灣在展覽軟硬體上，仍有待加強之處。

MICE （Meeting, Incentive travel, Convention, Exhibition） Industry is getting popular in Taiwan. The government wants to accomplish ＂New Southbound Policy＂ by MICE, and universities set up the related courses. Compared with the advanced countries, Taiwan has a long way to better MICE skills. In 2015 and 2016, I visited ＂International Fire and Security Conference & Exhibition, IFSEC＂ in London, ＂Marche International des Programmes de Television, MIPTV＂ in Cannes, France, for field study. Not only did I enrich the materials in classes, but I also noticed something valuable in scale and management, hardware and software that Taiwan exhibition organizers should learn from. This article wants to offer advice for the organizers to reflect on.
