受虐少女在安置機構的改變經驗之研究

摘要

本研究以某收容遭受家庭暴力、性侵害、失依、偏差行為少女的安置機構為研究場域，探討少女在安置處遇的改變經驗。分別以焦點團體訪談7位工作人員、個別訪談10位少女蒐集資料。研究發現當少女具有改變的意願與動機，才會開始逐步改變。改變經驗分為環境、個人、支持系統三層面，環境層面是在機構的生活穩定、感受到家的溫暖；個人層面主要是具有改變動機，可從少女對未來有規劃、確定改變目標、思考想法彈性、願意自我揭露、能夠表達情緒、建立情感連結、表達能力提升、修正負向行為、能夠自我控制、學習興趣增加等指標觀察；支持系統則是來自家人與同儕的支持。最後根據研究發現提出對安置機構及工作人員的建議。

The purpose of the article focused on the abused teenage girls' change experience of the treatment process in the residential setting arrange for the reasons of domestic violence, sexual abuse, loss dependence, and deviation behavior. The data was collected from ten teenage girls by individual interview and seven workers by focus group interview. It was found that the key factor was change intention and motivation that drive change within the girls. There were three sections of change factors: environmental, personal and supportal factors. The environmental factors were stable life and home warmth in the residential setting. The personal factors were change motivation through planning for the future, determine the target, flexible thinking, self disclosure, expressing feelings, establishing an emotional connection, improving communication skills, correcting negative behavior, self control, and increasing learning interest. The social supportal factors were family and peers support. The suggestions and implications of the findings were discussed for residential settings, livingcare counselors, and social workers.
