護理人員對行動護理站接受度與使用滿意度之關聯性研究

摘要

資訊科技之進步極為快速，護理實務也逐漸將其導入，因此對傳統的護理作業產生極大之影響。本研究欲探討護理人員對行動護理站的接受度、使用意圖與使用滿意度之間的關聯性。研究對象為中部某醫學中心及其分院實際參與操作行動護理站至少三個月且護理職級為N（含）以上之護理人員。問卷內容包括護理人員的基本資料、行動護理站接受度（包括認知有用性、認知易用性、使用態度、科技焦慮）、使用意圖及使用滿意度。研究結果顯示：護理人員認知有用性及使用態度對使用意圖有正向影響，而科技焦慮對使用意圖則有負向影響，且使用意圖正向影響使用滿意度。研究結果亦顯示：使用行動護理站之前練習上線之次數愈多者有較高之接受度、使用意圖及使用滿意度。

The progress of information technology is rapid. It is gradually included in the nursing care practice. However, it might have great impact on traditional nursing practice. In this study we explored the relation among acceptance, use intention and satisfaction of mobile nursing station (MNS). Study subjects are nurses, from a medical center and its branch in central Taiwan, who had a rank of N (or above) and have operated the MNS for at least three months. The questionnaire covers personal information, acceptance of the MNS (including cognition of usefulness, cognition of ease use, user attitudes, and technology anxiety), use intention and satisfaction. The results show that the cognition of usefulness and attitudes of nurses have positive influence on the use intention, but technological anxiety has negative influence on the use intention. Meanwhile, the use intention has positive influence on use satisfaction. The results also show that users who practiced more frequently before using the MNS will have higher acceptance, use intention and satisfaction.
