運動選手心理堅韌性與競技倦怠之關係研究-以南投縣國中運動代表隊為例

The relationship between the Contestants' Mental Toughness and the Athletes Burnout: A Study of the Junior High School Sports Teams in Nantou

摘要


本研究目的在探討南投縣國中運動代表隊選手之心理堅韌性與競技倦怠之關係,以問卷調查法,共取回437份有效問卷,並以SPSS電腦軟體進行獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及迴歸分析進行研究假設驗證。其結果如下:(1).不同訓練天數之選手在心理堅韌性有顯著差異:每週訓練6~7日選手其忍受傷痛感高於每週訓練3~5日選手。(2).不同性別、是否體育班學生、不同訓練天數及不同專長訓練年資之選手在競技倦怠上皆呈現顯著差異:體育班選手在情緒與身體耗竭上高於非體育班選手;每週訓練3~5日的選手在情緒與身體耗竭、對運動貶價及減低成就感高於每週訓練1~2日的選手;訓練3年以上的選手在情緒與身體耗竭與對運動貶價上高於訓練一年未滿三年與訓練未滿一年的選手。(3).運動選手在心理堅韌性與競技倦怠間具有顯著負相關。(4).運動選手心理堅韌性可負向預測競技倦怠。結論:本研究南投縣國中運動代表隊選手心理堅韌性愈高,競技倦怠感愈低。心理堅韌性,不但可幫助運動員持續投入運動,更可以有效減低倦怠感;另外,整體心理堅韌性中,積極奮鬥可負向預測競技倦怠,而抗壓性則可正向預測競技倦怠。心理堅韌性愈佳的選手則產生競技倦怠的機會愈少。

The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between mental toughness, and the athletes burnout of the contestants of the Junior High School sports teams in Nantou. Using the questionnaire survey method, a total of 437 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The questionnaires were analysed, hypothesized and verified through independent Sample T test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS program. The results are shown as following: (1).Players with different training days have significant differences in mental toughness: players who train for 6-7 days per week have higher pain tolerance than players who train for 3-5 days per week. (2).Players of different genders, sports class students, different training days and different training years all show significant differences in competitive burnout: sports class players have higher emotional and physical exhaustion than non-sports class players; weekly training 3 ~ 5 The athletes on the day have higher emotional and physical exhaustion, depreciation of sports and reduce their sense of achievement than those who train for 1-2 days per week; the athletes who have trained for more than 3 years are higher than the training one in emotional and physical exhaustion and depreciation on sports Players under three years old and under one year of training. (3).Athletes have a significant negative correlation between mental toughness and competitive burnout. (4).Athletes' mental toughness can negatively predict competitive burnout. Mental toughness can effectively reduce burnout. Players with better mental toughness have fewer opportunities for competitive burnout.
