澎湖地區員警休閒體驗對休閒利益及休閒滿意度之影響

摘要

本研究旨在建構「員警休閒體驗、休閒利益與休閒滿意度之關係模式」，藉以了解澎湖地區員警休閒體驗、休閒利益與休閒滿意度等三個變項之間的因果關係。研究對象係以澎湖縣政府警察局員警為對象，並以系統抽樣(systematic sampling)進行問卷調查，共獲得有效樣本413份。根據過去文獻回顧之相關理論，本研究運用結構方程模式的統計技術探討及分析其因果意涵，研究結果顯示，澎湖地區員警休閒體驗、休閒利益與休閒滿意度之關係模式，整體適配程度情形良好。並獲得以下的結論：員警休閒體驗及休閒利益皆顯著且正向影響休閒滿意度，且休閒體驗對休閒利益也有直接正向的影響，換言之，員警休閒體驗越強其休閒利益認知也就越強烈。除此之外，休閒體驗更可透過休閒利益，而對休閒滿意度造成間接影響，因此，強化休閒體驗感受，建立休閒利益觀念，進而反映出更高的滿意度，所以，應增加休閒體驗的機會，並將休閒活動所產生的效益列為宣導的重點，進而提升員警休閒的滿意度，本研究亦針對復續研究提出建議。

The aim of this study was to construct a model of leisure experiences, leisure benefits and leisure satisfaction in order to understand the causal relationships of the three variables among policemen in Penghu. Data were collected from samplings. 413 valid questionnaires were received in total. The model was constructed based on literature review. Structural equation modeling was performed. The results revealed a fair fit of the hypothesized model of leisure experiences, leisure benefits and leisure satisfaction. There were positive and significant relationships between leisure experience, leisure benefits, and leisure satisfaction. In other words, the stronger the leisure experiences policemen perceived, the stronger the leisure benefits they might have. Furthermore, it is an undeniable fact that leisure benefits played a mediated role between leisure experiences and leisure satisfaction. Therefore, enhancing leisure experiences and advocating the benefits derived from leisure would increase policemen's leisure satisfaction. Suggestions for the future research were also made in this study.
