區域創新系統知識前沿與熱點分析

Knowledge Frontier and Hot Spots for Regional Innovation System

摘要

區域創新系統在國家發展中佔有相當重要的地位，尤其在競爭日趨激烈的全球市場下，必須透過持續性的創新，以帶動國家經濟發展，而區域創新系統的運作模式與績效，常被視為促進國家發展的關鍵因素。本文利用資訊視覺化方法對Web of Science中2008－2012年收錄的區域創新系統論文的引文資料進行文獻共被引分析，以圖譜的方式展示區域創新系統研究關鍵節點所代表的研究專家及其著作對區域創新系統發展所起的重要作用，並探討了區域創新系統研究熱點與知識前沿領域。最終針對研究結果，本文提出相關政策建議，以更深入了解區域創新系統的重要議題，期能提供政府與業者參考之依據。

Regional innovation system plays an important role in national development. Due to increasingly competitive global market is being strict in particular, therefore, it is required to promote national economic development through continuous innovation, thus the operating model and performance of a region innovation system has been frequently regarded as a key factor for national development. The main knowledge groups of regional innovation system are analyzed by making use of the newly developed information visualization methods, and the co-citation data retrieved from Web of Science between 2008 and 2012. This study adopts knowledge mapping shows the regional innovation system represent key nodes experts and their works have played an important role in the development of the regional innovation system, and explores the research focus and knowledge frontiers fields of regional innovation system. For the results, this study, with the adoption of policy suggestions, aims to gain a better understanding of the issues and thereby to provide a reference basis of region innovation system to the government and the relevant sectors.
