摘要

本研究主要目的在探討高中職體育組長角色衝突之現況。依據文獻探討之結果，採用自編之「高中職體育組長角色衝突之研究問卷」為研究工具，以臺灣地區各公私立高中職體育組長為研究對象，於98年10-11月共發出問卷471份，回收有效問卷271份，有效問卷回收率為57.54%，所得資料經統計分析後，獲得以下發現：一、高中職體育組長所知覺之角色衝突屬於中上程度。二、婚姻狀況、性別、年資、學校規模等背景變項，在體育組長所知覺之角色衝突有顯著差異存在。

The purposes of this study were to explore the current situation of role conflict for athletic directors in senior high schools. A questionnaire titled ”A study on role conflict of athletic directors in senior high schools” was distributed to 471 athletic directors in senior high schools in Taiwan area. Base on questionnaires from 271 athletic directors, several discoveries made according to the research findings were: 1. At present, athletic directors in senior high schools feel that their role conflict is at upper middle level. 2. There are significant differences of the role conflict among athletic directors due to the differences of martial status, gender, seniority and school size.
