大學生網路使用行為與網路成癮之探討

A Study of College Students' Internet Using Behavior and Internet Addiction Disorder

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生的網路使用行為與網路成癮之認知現況,變項相互間之關聯性與預測力等。係以網路使用行為與網路成癮核心症狀與相關問題等變項,為本研究理論模式探討架構,採用「網路使用行為」與「網路成癮」等量表為研究工具。本研究採用問卷調查研究法,以臺灣南部某醫學大學醫學院、口腔醫學院與護理學院學生為研究母群體,以分層抽樣方式,總計發出465份問卷,共回收435份,有效問卷424份,有效回收率為91%。回收之問卷採用SPSS與AMOS統計軟體,建立資料檔案並進行描述統計、變異數分析、相關與結構方程模式等各項統計分析。經對研究假設進行驗證,獲致以下結論:一、網路成癮核心症狀與問題認知反應呈中度偏低程度;二、網路行為態度對行為意圖與行為意圖對使用行為具預測力;以及三、網路成癮核心症狀對行為意圖與使用行為具預測力。依研究發現提出具體結論與建議,作為家長、學校教育人員、服務協助學生之諮商輔導、學生事務與未來學術研究的參考。

This paper will discuss a theoretical model of the recognition, correlation, and predictability of college students' Internet using behavior and Internet addiction disorder. Specifically, the Internet Using Behavior Scale and the Internet Addiction Scale are adopted; moreover, the questionnaire survey has been carried out to study students from colleges of medicine, dental medicine, and nursing in a medical university in south Taiwan with the stratified proportional sampling method. In sum, a total of 465 questionnaires were distributed, and 424 valid questionnaires were returned, with an effective response rate of 91%. Subsequently, data files were constructed and the statistical analyses including descriptive statistics, variance analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation, and structural equation model were performed by SPSS and AMOS. After validating the hypotheses, the results are as follows: A. The cognitive response to Internet addiction disorder is moderately low; B. Internet users' attitude is predictive of behavioral intention, and behavioral intention is predictive of usage behavior; C. Internet addiction disorder is predictive of behavioral intention and usage behavior. In conclusion, these results provide practical recommendations for parents, educational personnel, coherent education units and for future academic research.
