餐飲科系學生對制服樣式之意象調查與學習態度關係之研究-以台南應用科技大學為例

The Relationship between Cognition of Hospitality Students' Image of Uniform and Learning Attitudes-A Case of Tainan University of Technology

摘要


大學生是否穿著制服上學見仁見智,本研究目的在了解台南應用科技大學的餐旅領域學生,對大學專業制服的選擇標準何在?以及對被規定著制服的學生而言,其學習態度是否有所差異。本研究發放問卷共300人,有效問卷共計260份,問卷回收率為86.67%。經統計分析處理,研究結果分析歸納如下:在制服樣式分析方面,旅館管理學位學程與餐飲系學生在制服樣式上,偏好單排兩顆釦劍領西裝外套、單片領襯衫搭配雙排三顆釦背心以及AB窄管長褲,在裙子方面女生偏好窄裙。人口統計變數與各樣式分析中,旅館學程與餐飲系都喜歡樣式簡潔的「AB窄管褲」,而「領結或領帶」部分男生偏好傳統領帶,女生偏好蝴蝶結。男同學比女同學更重視自己的儀容、更喜歡穿合身的衣服;旅館學程的同學比餐飲系的同學更具優越感,也更重視自己的外在。已有實習經驗的同學相對更加支持穿制服是系上很重要的特色,且對制服的耐穿性感到相對滿意;而一年級的新生在制服意象、學習態度與對制服滿意度部分都比其他年級分數高。學生肯定穿著制服會增加專業度,也接受學校穿制服的要求,在學習上也因為穿著制服而比較積極學習,在態度上較為正面性的自我要求。課業要求雖然繁重,但受訪者也能接受與認同,且在上業界老師的課會特別注意自己的表現,以求日後到爭取到該業界實習或畢業後謀職順利。

The purpose of this study is to verify the students' selection standards for the professional uniform and to understand the inference on learning attitude by wearing the uniform; we got the samples from the student pool in Tainan University of Technology who major in the hospitality related departments. A total of 300 questionnaires were sent out and 260 valid questionnaires were received. The statistical analysis is summarized as follows: First, the most popular style for the interviewees is two-button peaked lapel suit, one collar shirt, two lines with three-button vest and tapered. Moreover, the females prefer to wear the straight skirt. Second, via the demographic statistics and uniform styles analyzing, the interviewees from different departments like the simple tapered. Furthermore, as for the tie styles, the males prefer the traditional style necktie and the females prefer the bow tie. Compared to the females, the males pay more attention to their grooming and like to wear well fitted dress shirts. The hotel management major students care about their appearance and show superiority over the F&B major students. In addition, those who have internship experiences have high degree of support on wearing the uniform. They also agree that it is an important distinguishing feature for their department; moreover, they feel satisfied on the durability of the uniform. And then, the freshmen got the highest scores on the images of uniform, learning attitudes and satisfaction of the uniform. The students affirm that wearing the uniform looks more professional, and the students will study actively because of wearing the uniform. Even though the schoolwork is heavy, the interviewees can also accept and try their best to follow the rules. In order to grab the chances for their internship or future work, they will pay particular attention to their performances in the specialist teachers' classes.
