In this study, the research objects are the students of the ball sports teams in the colleges and the universities in northern Taiwan. Using the stratified random sampling method to give out the 600 questionnaires, excluding invalid questionnaires, we collected 333 questionnaires and the recovery is 55%. The result has shown that the sports teams' players of the colleges and the universities are most help team-mate orientation, the second are the unselfishness and not to stir up trouble and compete for profit, and the last are to identify with the team, dedicate to the team and self-improvement. In the results of the comparison of the differences, the sports teams' students of the different backgrounds and variables show no significant differences in the organizational citizenship behavior.
