大專院校運動代表隊組織公民行為之研究－以北部地區為例

摘要

本次研究以北部地區大專院校，球類項目代表隊學生為研究對象，採分層隨機抽樣，共發出600份問卷，剔出無效問卷，有效回收333份，回收率達55%。結果顯示專院校運動代表隊選手最重視「協助隊友」取向；其次為「公私分明及不生事爭利」、最後則是「認同代表隊並敬業及自我提升」。在差異比較上，不同背景變項運動代表隊學生在組織公民行為的表現之差異比較結果皆無顯著差異。

In this study, the research objects are the students of the ball sports teams in the colleges and the universities in northern Taiwan. Using the stratified random sampling method to give out the 600 questionnaires, excluding invalid questionnaires, we collected 333 questionnaires and the recovery is 55%. The result has shown that the sports teams' players of the colleges and the universities are most help team-mate orientation, the second are the unselfishness and not to stir up trouble and compete for profit, and the last are to identify with the team, dedicate to the team and self-improvement. In the results of the comparison of the differences, the sports teams' students of the different backgrounds and variables show no significant differences in the organizational citizenship behavior.
