路跑活動對國人健康效益之探討

The Discussion of Running on People's Health Benefits

摘要


路跑活動近年來在臺灣盛行,跑步是人類最原始的運動能力之一,更是生活中的必備能力。本文藉由文獻之探討,歸納出路跑活動對國人健康促進之實質效益,包括生理健康,經由規律的運動習慣可獲得全面性的健康促進及抵抗疾病的正面效果;心理健康,路跑運動能提供能量、熱情和動機,還能調節腦內神經傳導物質,改變我們既定的自我概念,穩定情緒;社會健康,藉由路跑活動擴展生活圈,結交志同道合的朋友。並提醒國人從事路跑活動應注意運動前務必做好暖身運動以及運動後的緩和運動。

Running in recent years in Taiwan prevailed, running is one of the most primitive of human athletic ability, it is essential life skills. This article by discussing literature, summarized way to run real benefits for the people of health promotion activities, including physical health, get comprehensive health promotion and disease resistance through positive effects of regular exercise habits; mental health, road race sport can provide energy, enthusiasm and motivation, but also to regulate neurotransmitters in the brain, changing the way we established self-concept, emotional stability; social health, extended living area by road race events, make like-minded friends. And remind people engaged in road race events should make sure to pay attention to pre-exercise warm-up and cool-down after exercise.
