摘要
橄欖球起源于英國，原名拉格比足球（Rugby Football），簡稱拉格比（Rugby）。橄欖球運動發展至今已百餘年的歷史，它是一種從英國起源的球類運動，是一種激烈且具有獨特風格的運動，過去的100年橄欖球運動快速的在全球發展。這種快速增長，也反映在奧林匹克運動日益認識橄欖球運動及對橄欖球運動重返奧運的支持，也由於奧運會已通過將七人制橄欖球運動列為2016年巴西奧運會的正式比賽項目。本文遂透過文獻的分析，將橄欖球運動之歷史與奧運會的歷程與關係作一探討，探討結果除了解橄欖球運動運動與奧運過去百餘年來的關係與糾結，同時亦認為七人制橄欖球運動它是一項非常適合國人發展的運動。

Rugby originated in England, the former Ming Lage than football (Rugby Football), referred to Rugby (Rugby). Rugby has been in development for over a hundred years of history, it is a ball game originated from the United Kingdom, is an intense and has a unique style of movement over the past 100 years of rugby rapid global development. This rapid growth is also reflected in the growing awareness of the Olympic movement and support for rugby football to return to the Olympics, but also because the Olympics have passed the rugby sevens as an official event of the 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil. This paper then analyzes the literature through the course of history and the relationship with the Olympic football for a study to explore the results in addition to the Olympic movement and to understand rugby tangled relationship with the past hundred years, but also considers Sevens rugby it is a very suitable for sports people development.
