性別史研究的失焦與對策－從明清筆記小說中的婚姻與情慾案件談起
Failure to Focus in the Gender Historical Study and Its Solution: The Discussion about Marriage and Lust Cases in the Sketch Novels of Ming and Qing Dynasties

This paper discuss the fact of the failure to focus existed in the gender historical study and its solution with adoption of some marriage and lust cases in the sketch novels of Ming and Qing Dynasties. It focus on attitude of the judge, reasons they adopt, and the social ethical values that they defend. Women's depositions from these cases are also the hints to understand the social situation of ordinary women at that time.
