應用BIM模型的建築設計審查模式之初步研究

摘要


建築設計成果之良窳,關係著建物在施工期間能否順利進行,乃至於後續使用的安全性與功能性,然而現行建築設計審查制度仍存在著:建管法令繁多複雜,缺乏妥善整合;以及建築設計審查程序耗時耗力,缺乏效率與一致性等問題。為改善上述缺失,本研究希望能發展一可行的建築設計審查模式,以期落實建築設計之品質檢核並提升建築審查之效率。本研究首先透過系統化的解析程序,建立符合審查作業程序之標準資料屬性架構,再以此標準資料屬性架構,作為後續開發建築設計審查模式之基礎;進一步則在現有IFC/BIM的基礎上,將現有IFC 標準資料格式延伸,透過建物圖形元件充分描述建築審查所需資訊內容,以作為後續建築審查資訊之可靠來源;最後以案例驗證本研究之模式與所提出之審查流程的可行性。

The quality of building designs has major impact on the delivery process, quality, safety, and functionality of the building. Nevertheless, in Taiwan, the existing government building design review process is complex, ineffective, and somewhat inconsistent among the related regulations. To improve the process, this study proposes a BIM based design review method to assist with the government building design review process. This study develops an IFC-based information model that employs BIM technology to assist the building design reviewers access relevant information according to their needs. First, the process of regulation review will be systematically analyzed. As proposed, necessary and important attributes required for the extended BIM objects will be developed. Those developed BIM objects will later serve as the core of the information platform, on which the participants can easily access and share information. Next, the framework was validated via one case study; the results of this study indicate that the proposed method will greatly improve the effectiveness of government building design review process.
