近年來因為羽球賽制的改變,使得羽球運動的競賽結構改變,整體比賽節奏變得更快,除了減少羽球比賽的時間外,羽球這項運動變得更精彩且更有可看性。但隨著競賽結構的改變,同時也讓羽球運動員在專項技術及能力的要求上有了新的改變,在這樣高強度的競賽中對羽球運動員的有氧能力、爆發力及敏捷性都有了更高的要求,在訓練當中介入科技化訓練使訓練變得更有效果及效率也變得更加重要。近年來高強度間歇訓練逐漸在訓練中成為一個非常重要的訓練方法,在短時間內利用高耗能的運動來激發身體的爆發力,提高運動員的肌肉力量及耐力,增加運動員在運動場上的運動表現。本篇文章希望透過文獻回顧探討高強度間歇訓練增強羽球運動員運動表現,能夠提供羽球運動員和教練在訓練上做參考。
In recent years, changes in the format of badminton competitions have led to a faster overall pace of the game, making it more exciting and engaging to watch. However, these changes have also placed new demands on the aerobic capacity, explosiveness, and agility of badminton athletes. To meet these demands, incorporating technology-enhanced training methods into athlete preparation has become increasingly important. High-intensity interval training has emerged as a crucial training method, enabling athletes to develop explosive power, increase muscle strength and endurance, and enhance their overall performance on the court. This article aims to explore the effect of high-intensity interval training on the performance of badminton athletes through a review of relevant literature, providing valuable insights for both athletes and coaches in their training practices.
