高強度間歇訓練對大專公開組羽球選手有氧耐力之影響

The effect of high intensive interval training on the aerobic endurance in college badminton players

摘要


目的:本研究主要在探討六週高強度間歇訓練對大專公開組羽球選手有氧耐力之影響。受試者以隨機分配方式分為實驗組與控制組,實驗組12位實驗參與者平均年齡為19.1±1.1歲,平均身高為171.4±6.5公分,平均體重為68.3±7.2公斤。控制組10位實驗參與者平均年齡為20.6±1.3歲,平均身高為168.8±9.7公分,平均體重為63±8.6公斤。方法:實驗組於日常專長訓練後介入30分鐘的高強度間歇訓練,為期六週,而控制組除了日常專長訓練時間外無介入另外的高強度間歇訓練,實驗前後測測驗項目有20公尺折返跑及5公尺多重折返跑兩項測驗。實驗結果以獨立樣本t檢定分析比較實驗組與控制組的組內有氧耐力進步幅度差異,以獨立樣本二因子變異數分析比較實驗組與控制組的組間有氧耐力進步幅度差異。結果:實驗組的20公尺折返跑能力測驗成績在統計分析後進步幅度皆達到顯著(p<.05),控制組的20公尺折返跑能力測驗成績組內比較後未達顯著(p>.05),實驗組與控制組的20公尺折返跑能力測驗成績組間比較後達顯著差異(p<.05),實驗組與控制組的5公尺多重折返跑能力測驗成績在統計分析後進步幅度實驗組未達顯著(p>.05),實驗組與控制組的5公尺多重折返跑能力測驗成績組間比較後未達顯著差異(p>.05)。結論:從以上研究發現,六週的高強度間歇訓練能有效提升大專公開組羽球選手的有氧耐力運動表現。

Aim: This study investigated the effect of HIIT on the aerobic endurance of college badminton players. Participants were randomly selected into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group consists of 12 participants that were on average 19.1±1.1 years old, 171.4±6.5cm in height and weighed 68.3±7.2kgs. The control group consist of 10 participants that were 20.6±1.3 years old, 168.8±9.7cm in height and weighed 63±8.6kgs. Method: The experimental group participated in a 30 minute HIIT session immediately after daily skill set training over a six week period; the control group only participated in the daily skill set training with no additional HIIT training sessions after. Two ability tests were conducted before and after the experiment, 20m shuttle run test and the 5m shuttle run test. The experimental results were analysed using individual sample t-test to compare the improvement in aerobic endurance within the experimental group and the control group. Moreover, two way ANOVA test was used to compare the improvement of the aerobic endurance between the experimental group and the control group. Experimental results: from the statistical analysis, the 20m shuttle-run test results showed significance in the improvement of aerobic endurance (p<.05) for the experimental group, however, the control group did not show a significance in improvement of aerobic endurance within the group (p>.05). A significance in improvement was also found between the experimental group and the control group in the 20m shuttle run ability test (p<.05). Moreover, both the experimental group and the control group did not show significance in improvement in aerobic endurance for the 5m shuttle run test (p>.05); also, the 5m shuttle did not show statistical significance in improvement between the two groups (p>.05). Conclusion: The study concludes six weeks of HIIT can efficiently increase the performance of aerobic endurance exercise in college badminton players.
