觀眾對於地方文化空間地方感之研究-以臺中市眷村文物館為例

Visitors' Sense of Place to Local Cultural Spaces - A Case Study of the Taichung Military Kindred Village Museum

摘要


文化部推動「博物館及地方文化館計畫」,提供國人擁有更多元的文化環境。本研究主要探討地方文化館參觀者對於整體場域的經驗與感受,並以臺中市眷村文物館為研究場域,透過地方感三大項構面分別為地方依附、地方依賴、地方認同進行問卷調查,調查時間為2020年06月6日至07日,總共回收264份有效問卷。研究結果,地方感的正向發現,首先觀眾對於展館覺得放鬆(平均數4.48)為得分最高,且標準差最小,觀眾看法一致;其次懷舊空間是參訪主因(平均數4.45)及體驗展館後更認識眷村文化(平均數4.41)。反觀,以其他文物館與本展館比(平均數3.66)題項得分最低,且標準差最大,其次展館對觀眾肯定自我價值(平均數3.83)分數低,呼應了87.12%的觀眾為第1次到訪,表示觀眾是需要時間的經驗後,才能延伸出價值。

The Ministry of Culture of Taiwan has been promoting the "Museums and Local Cultural Museum Develop Program" to provide a more diverse cultural environment for Taiwanese citizens. This study mainly investigates the overall experience and perception of visitors to the local museum with the research focus on the place of Taichung Military Kindred Village Museum through three major components of sense of place such as the place attachment, the place dependence, and the place identity, with the method of survey from the 6th to 7th of June 2020, collecting 264 valid questionnaires returned. The positive finding of the sense of place shows firstly viewers feel relaxed about the exhibition space (mean 4.48) with the highest scores and with the smallest standard deviation, and it indicates the consistency in audiences' perception. The following reason for visiting is the nostalgic space (mean 4.45) and to know more about the culture of the village after experiencing taking part in the exhibition (mean 4.41). On the other hand, compared this museum the research focuses on to other cultural museums, this museum is with the lowest scores and the largest standard deviation (mean 3.66). Moreover, the score of the influence of museums on the visitors' affirmation of self-worth is low (mean 3.83), echoing the fact that 87.12% of the visitors were first-time visitors, indicating that it takes time for the audience to extend the value after the time experience.
