大學電機及電子工程系所安全績效量表發展:確認性因素分析

Developing Safety Performance Scale in Departments of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Universities: Confirmatory Factory Analysis

摘要


本研究旨在確認大學院校電機及電子工程系所之安全績效,是否可由「安全檢查」、「事故調查」及「安全激勵」等三因素所反映。研究者以簡單隨機抽樣抽取台灣地區大學院校電機及電子系(所)687名教師,並以郵寄問卷方式進行調查,結果回收問巻403份,剔除無效問巻30份,剩餘373為有效問巻,有效回收率為54.29%。研究者進行確認性因素分析,並經模式修正後,整體適配指標及內在結構適配達可接受之水準。最後,根據整體及內在結構適配顯示,安全績效量表具有良好的效度及信度。因此,本量表可應用於大學院校電機及電子系(所)的「安全績效」量測。

This study aims at confirming the components of safety performance including safety inspection, accident investigation, and safety motivation, in departments of electrical and electronic engineering at universities. Six hundred eighty seven teachers were selected by simple random sampling from those departments. Four hundred and three subjects completed a questionnaire survey. Thirty were invalid, leaving a total of 373 valid responses, a rate of 54.29%. After model modification, confirmatory factory analysis indicated that the indexes of overall fit and internal structure fit reach acceptable levels. This shows that the developed measures possess good validity and reliability. As such, the scale we developed here could be used to measure the safety performance in the above-mentioned departments.
