The development of information technology has led to varied traditional learning styles. Hence, teachers have to reshape the learning environment in a digital environment. This research employs the ADDIE instructional design model to operate the course of "Introduction to children's literature" on the MOOCs platform. The operation method is a blended learning model that combines offline learning in classrooms and online learning of MOOCs to change the traditional teaching style. The experimental course of this research evaluates the teaching effectiveness based on the students' practical works, qualitative learning experience, and quantitative learning satisfaction performance. Moreover, the satisfaction score for the course is4.3, which shows that the students are highly satisfied with the innovative teaching model designed by this research, and it also indicates that it has a certain teaching effect. This instructional model also has the value of promotion and can provide teachers who want to run a knowledge-based MOCCs course for their reference.
