多元文化的社會下幼兒自我概念的發展研究

The Study of Infant's Self-Concept Development in Multiple Culture Society

摘要


自我概念是指個體對於自己所具有的知識和信念-他的信念、感受、態度和期望。我們考慮到自我概念是試圖去解釋我們自己對於己身的組織、印象、感受和信仰,所形構的基模(皮亞傑的術語)。但是,這建構起來的模式或基模,並非是永久的,唯一的或不變的。我們對於自我的知覺從這個情境到另一個情境,以及從這一個場域到另一個場域都在變化。因此,這研究的主要目標是去探索目前幼兒自我概念發展的情況,以作為政府在行政政策和教師教學設計創新上的參考依據。研究者是利用訪談法去知悉幼兒的自我概念發展為何和利用繪本教學收集第一手研究資料。基於此觀點,教師必須整合幼兒環境中的所有領域之方法,在學校場域中實施,得以發展出課程計畫去培育幼兒的正向情緒、正向思考和正向行為。

The self-concept is individuals' Knowledge and beliefs about themselves-their ideas, feelings, attitudes, and expectations. We could considers self-concept to be our attempt to explain ourselves to ourselves, to build a scheme (in Piaget's terms) that organizes our impressions, feelings, and beliefs about ourselves. But this model or scheme is not permanent, unified, or unchanging. Our self-perceptions vary from situation to situation and from one phase of ourlives to another. Thus, the main purposes of this study are to explore the current situation and infant's self-concept development so as to act as a reference point for government in administrative policy and instructional creation in teacher's design. The researcher of this study applied interview to understand to what infant's self-concept development are and also used the picture instruction together the firsthand research data. On this point, the teacher must integrate different methods of all areas in infant environment and develop programs to foster positive emotion, positive thinking, positive behavior, in the practice of infant school environment.
