The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation relationship between teaching organization cultures and teachers' innovation instruction of vocation high schools. The sample of this study includes 203 vocation high school teachers from 24 vocation high schools in Taiwan and the effective samples are 203 vocation high school teachers. Adapted versions of the ”This study uses ”teaching organization cultures Scale” ” and ”innovation instruction Scale” were used as instruments measurement tools for collecting data. Canonical correlation analysis was also used. The conclusions of this study are summed as follows: Results indicated there were significant positive correlations between teaching organization cultures and teachers' innovation instruction of vocation high schools. According the findings, some suggestions and recommendations for administration agency, and further researchers were made.
