臺灣行動支付產業建構競爭優勢之關鍵決策因子

Exploring the Key Determinants of Competitive Advantage of Taiwanese Mobile Payment Industry

摘要


本研究運用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy process, AHP)探索臺灣行動支付產業建構競爭優勢之關鍵決策因子。研究發現,「行動支付業者的競爭策略行動」是最具關鍵性的決策構面,顯示各家不同的策略行動,會深深影響使用者對於支付系統的挑選。其次依序為「行動支付系統外部性」及「行動支付系統特質」,此二決策構面權重相當,因此臺灣行動支付產業建構競爭優勢時,需要掌握「支付系統外部性」的發展,還要更深入探討「支付系統特質」,以帶來更多用戶使用。而業者競爭策略行動中最關鍵的決策因子是「交易回饋」,此因子在單一構面內的權重(local weight),與在整體總評估的權重(global weight),排序都是第一,此研究發現顯示,臺灣行動支付業者要擁有競爭優勢,交易回饋是首要且不可或缺的行動。

This research explores the key determinants for construction of competitive advantages in Taiwanese mobile payment industry using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Research findings show that, among the four dimensions, "competitive strategy" takes the highest weighting and is found to be the most crucial decision dimension. This result indicates that competitive strategy will deeply affect the choice of consumers. While "system externalities" and "system characteristic" take similar weighting lower than the first one, showing that to gain competitive advantage for Taiwanese mobile payment industry, system externalities and system characteristic of the users are as well important. The most important determinant of "competitive strategy" is "transaction feedback", which takes the highest weighting in both local weight and global weight. These results show that, "transaction feedback" is the most important action for construction of competitive advantages in Taiwanese mobile payment industry.
