增強式訓練對橄欖球選手專項能力之探討

摘要


英式橄欖球(rugby)為一項具有高強度身體碰撞的團隊運動,在競賽中選手需反覆進行短衝刺與改變方向等,因此速度、敏捷與爆發力表現對於橄欖球選手至關重要。過去常運用阻力訓練作為橄欖球提升運動表現之方法,而近年來增強式訓練以廣泛用於橄欖球項目中。透 過過去研究結果進行探討,定義出增強式訓練對於橄欖球選手訓練強度、頻率、訓練量等。本文獻回顧欲針對增強式訓練機制、訓練方法以及訓練強度進行探討,並以科學量化方式提供教練以及選手參考。

Rugby is a high intensity and physical collision at the team sports. To repeat execution a sprint and change of direction in the competition, the rugby players are required a explosiveness, agility and acceleration of ability to important. For the past few years, used the resistance training way to improve the performance of rugby. However, in recent years, plyometrics training is common in football special training. Previous studies have focused on plyometrics training intensity, frequency, and volume for rugby player. This review paper was discussed the physiological function of plyometrics training and the evaluation method and intensity of training and we hope that can provide the references to coaches and players when they are in training.
