摘要

隨著企業走向國際化，外派人員比例也不斷增加，對於外派人員所面臨問題衝擊便不可忽視，然而在異國文化下員工生理或心理上都承受著壓力，連帶著其家庭成員也受異國文化的影響。這些影響都在在與外派人員息息相關，因此本文探討外派人員在異國文化上所面臨的危機與抉擇的情況，以提供企業界建議。
