線上遊戲產業知識萃取機制之研究~以美術設計類市場情蒐專員為例

摘要


本研究之重點乃藉由『流程管理工具導入線上遊戲公司知識萃取』的過程,綜合整理出一套有別於過往各類知識管理理論架構中,只談通論的實際可用之知識萃取機制與執行步驟。同時透過臺灣上櫃之A線上遊戲公司美術設計類市場情蒐專員實地訪談,進行探究工作。期能藉由本研究『從組織專業流程之執行觀點』完成以下三項研究議題之探究,進而提出完整詳盡、有效、便利的知識萃取方法與模型,以供各級組織進行知識萃取參酌使用。1.透過本研究建構之「知識萃取步驟」,針對線上遊戲公司知識萃取進行研究之初探。2.找出如何有效運用流程管理工具與知識管理工具,進行組織知識結構化萃取之工作。3.補強既有知識管理原理與理論,其在實務應用上與工具推展之不足。

This research is focused on the process of importing flow management tools into online game company to consolidating a different theory framework of knowledge management which only discuss about the general knowledge extraction mechanism and execution steps. Meanwhile, through interviewing the market information commissioner, of art design department in an online game company of Taiwan, for this study. Hoping to accomplish three objectives as below through the executing point of view of the professional organization flow. Furthermore to proposal a detailed, efficient yet convenient method and model of extraction organizations at different level to execute knowledge extraction. 1. Through using the "steps of knowledge extraction" of this study, to do the preliminary research of online game company. 2. Figuring out how to utilize tools of process management and knowledge management to proceed knowledge constructional extraction of organization. 3. To strength what's lack in practical application and tool development of current principles and theories of knowledge management.
