退休人力導入互助式社區老人照護教育訓練課程規劃之研究

摘要

本研究的主要目的是要規劃一套退休人力導入互助式社區老人照護教育訓練課程架構。於2012年內政部統計結果，我國的老化人口已經超過總人口的11.2％，老人照護問題被預測為臺灣未來幾十年間嚴重的問題之一。研究以社區為單位，將導入之退休人力應用課程訓練，使之能完成老人照護工作。透過文獻探討、專家訪談、及德懷術專家問卷調查程序，最後取得專家們一致性的認同而規劃一套課程。將前一階段已完成之專家問卷，再邀請產、官、學界及退休之士、農、工、商、漁界代表共計20位德懷術專家，接受來回三次的問卷訪談，每次的訪談結果均使用統計軟體取得眾數、標準差、平均數之描述性統計分析，完成後進行柯-史單一樣本考驗分析。得到的結論是年輕健碩的退休人力可以導入互助式式社區老人照護工作，及規劃之課程可以作為老人照護教育訓練之參考依據。

The purpose of this study is to design a curriculum of education and training on retired people implementing “the mutual assistance elderly care” concept in the community. By 2012, the aging population has exceeded more than 11.2% of total population in Taiwan. The issue of caring for the elderly has been predicted to be one of the serious problems in the future decades in Taiwan. The younger retired people, in each community, would be trained with the designed curriculum to do a good care for older retirees. Integrating the process of literature review, expert interviews, and Delphi expert survey, the final consistency curriculum was developed. For studied reference, document analysis is utilized to explore the same or similar concept of the mutual assistance elderly care in the world, then, the Delphi expert questionnaire is developed according to the document analysis and the conclusion of expert interviews. Finally, twenty experts are chosen from industry, government, academia, and retired scholars, farmers, businessmen and fishermen with experience in elderly care to be interviewed in three rounds. When every questionnaire was returned, data was used statistical software to obtain descriptive statistical analysis for mean, standard deviation, multiple numbers and Kolmogorov-Smirnov single sample test. The final consistent curriculum was used for the reference of education and training on retired people with implementation of mutual assistance elderly care in the community. The result is that the young healthy retired people can be introduced into the Mutual Assistance Elderly Care in the community, and the designed curriculum can be used for the reference of education and training for the retired people.
