目前相關溫泉產業並無訂定一套品質評鑑制度,消費者在沒有足夠知識可辨別泉水真假、品質與效能的情形下,須有相關指標內容做為選擇依據。因此,本研究探討溫泉場所評鑑指標之建立,提供水利相關主管單位及業者發展台灣溫泉之參考,並使民眾能更簡易與明瞭的選擇所需之溫泉場所。研究中採用,德爾菲法(Delphi Method),其方法之運用是針對某一主題,藉由專家們豐富的實務經驗與知識,進行問卷的往返,以獲得專家意見。研究過程中,問卷發放時間為98年5月至8月,針對專家及業者為發放對象來進行調查,共發放七份專家問卷,以獲取本研究之各項評鑑指標。研究結果提出主要與次要細項指標合計共90項。
In this research the evaluation indicator of the hot spring place is established. The government can consult these indicators during developing the hot spring tourism. This research adopts the Delphi method to obtain the expert opinion with the questionnaire investigation two times. The target of questionnaire investigation is the expert and proprietor. In this study, we got seven questionnaires. The contents of questionnaire include the hot spring quality, service quality, convenience, entity facility and environmental quality to develop the evaluation indicator of the grade of hot spring place. The result shows that there are 90 major indicators and secondary indicators in all.
