恆毅力、自我效能、工作敬業心、心流及個人創新行為關聯性之研究

The Relationships among Grit, Self-Efficacy, Job Engagement, Flow, and Innovative Behavior

摘要


恆毅力主要強調熱情與毅力,其是否藉由自我效能的主觀經驗,培養出工作敬業心正向的個人特質,藉由縝密的外在工作內容結構訓練內在的自我,達到心流狀態轉化並啟發自我創新能力,值得進一步探究。因此,本研究目的希望能找出個體能以恆毅力(grit)為出發點,憑藉著自我效能與工作敬業心,對組織發揮正向影響的可能性,最終使個體展現高度個人創新行為。本研究採用問卷調查方式,以台灣在職工作者為主要研究對象,有效樣本為250份問卷,使用結構方程式進行資料分析,研究結論如下:(1)個體之恆毅力程度越高,其自我效能程度越高;(2)個體之恆毅力越高,其工作敬業心程度越高;(3)個體之自我效能程度越高,其心流程度越高;(4)個體之工作敬業心越高,其心流程度越高;(5)個體之心流越高,其個人創新行為程度越高;(6)個體之恆毅力程度越高,其個人創新行為程度越高。最後,本研究也根據上述研究結果,提供相關之實務建議供在職工作者運用於持續精進個人工作上,繼而提升個人創新行為,並提出建議供相關領域學者作為後續研究之參考。

Grit is doing one thing persistently and dedicatedly. Meanwhile, many scholars believe that one of the common traits behind those successful people with grit will have higher self-efficiency and then build job engagement. From the above positive attitudes, people can have flow experience to make higher individual innovative behaviors. The valid sample is 250. SEM was used in this research. The results are as follows: (1) Workers with higher grit have higher self-efficiency; (2) Workers with higher grit have higher job engagement; (3) Workers with higher self-efficiency have higher flow; (4) Workers with higher job engagement have higher flow; (5) Workers with higher flow have higher individual innovative behaviors; (6) Workers with higher grit have higher individual innovative behavior. According to the above results, this study provided some practical suggestion for employees to focus on their works persistently, and then increase individual innovative behaviors. Finally, this study also provided some suggestions for future researches.
