In view of the competitiveness in food industry, the attitude of service workers has direct effect on service quality. At the same time, whether the balance between the stress of workers and job performance is reflected in their work attitude and service quality remains to be examined. Using workers from chain restaurants in Taiwan as research subjects, this research investigated the role of in the relationship among employee recreational involvement. The study used a questionnaire survey, and the research hypothesis was tested using linear regression. Results showed that recreational involvement had significant positive effect on job performance. Last, recreational involvement showed significant moderating effect on improvement job stress and resignation intention.
