餐廳內場人員工作壓力與休閒、離職意圖調適之研究

Effect of Recreational Involvement on Stress Relief and Resign Intention in Restaurant Workers

摘要


隨著社會的演進,大眾在外用餐的比率相對於以往有增加的趨勢,因此餐飲服務業逐漸成為社會的重點產業,且因為人們所得的提升,造就餐飲服務業逐漸精緻化,相對地,對餐廳服務人員的要求也日趨苛求。本研究主要探討餐廳服務人員透過休閒調適的應用,是否有減緩工作壓力與離職意圖之效果。研究方法採用問卷調查法,並選擇餐廳內場服務人員為研究對象。問卷內容包括人口變數、休閒調適、工作壓力以及離職意圖。希望透過本研究促進對服務人員參加休閒活動以減緩其工作壓力的重要性。研究結果發現服務人員的工作壓力,會透過休閒調適的方式進行調節,以降低離職意圖的程度。

In view of the competitiveness in food industry, the attitude of service workers has direct effect on service quality. At the same time, whether the balance between the stress of workers and job performance is reflected in their work attitude and service quality remains to be examined. Using workers from chain restaurants in Taiwan as research subjects, this research investigated the role of in the relationship among employee recreational involvement. The study used a questionnaire survey, and the research hypothesis was tested using linear regression. Results showed that recreational involvement had significant positive effect on job performance. Last, recreational involvement showed significant moderating effect on improvement job stress and resignation intention.
