This research examined theme restaurant employees' job stress, leisure coping strategies and their sense of well-being, and how the three factors interact. A questionnaire survey, 380 copies with 315 valid samples, was conducted to collect information on theme restaurant staff. The statistics results are: Theme restaurant staff's job stress has a negative impact of the establishment of well-being. In other words, the higher the occupational stress he/she has, the lower sense of well-being would be. Among the constitutes of theme restaurant staff's job stress, "organizational communication" has a significant impact on their leisure coping strategies; "workload", "personal development" and "role conflict" have no significant impact on leisure coping strategies. Employees of theme restaurants’ leisure coping strategies show effects on their sense of well-being, which means leisure makes the employees feel well. Among the theme restaurant staff's leisure coping strategies, "Mentorship leisure strategy" and "mood-improving strategy" have significant moderating effects on job stress, and their sense well-being, while "soothing-adaptive strategy" has no moderating effects.
