國小自然與生活科技教師實踐知識管理之平台機制研究

A Study of the Platform Function for Primary School Science and Technology Teachers Practice Knowledge Management

摘要


本研究旨在了解國小自然與生活科技教師實踐知識管理之平台的運作機制,並探析其知識管理成效的徑路模式。採用平台記錄分析及問卷調查法兩種研究方法,平台記錄分析的對象爲六位服務於高雄縣國民小學的自然與生活科技教師;問卷調查對象爲六位國小自然與生活科技教師所任教的班級學生。本研究發現,其實踐知識管理之成效,統計考驗均達顯著水準,並建構成知識取得、知識分享、及知識應用對知識創新的徑路模式。

This research aims at understanding that the primary school practices the operation mechanism of the platform of information management with the scientific and technological teacher of life naturally, and the route way of its information management effect of analysis. Adopt the record analysis of the platform and two kinds of research approaches of investigation method of questionnaire, the target that the platform record analyses, for six persons of nature which serve the national primary school of Kaohsiung county and scientific and technological teacher of life; The questionnaire respondent is six persons of nature of primary school and class student taught of scientific and technological teacher of life. Originally discover, the effect of its practice information management, count and test and reach the competence of showing, and the route way in the knowledge innovation of knowledge application that and build and form knowledge making, knowledge and share.
