The airport is very important point for international passengers to understand the nation. We can introduce the custom and food habit of Taiwan in airport dining service. How to support safe, convenient and neat dines environment is very important problem for contractors and superintendent. In this paper we studied the environmental safety, the disaster prevention and spatial planning index to understand the problems of dines environment of Taiwan Taoyuan international airport. We also setup questionnaire survey to understand the real response of the passenger's opinions. So we can establish the checking method for dines environment of airport to provide superintendent inspection method to the contractors.
