摘要

本研究探討整合校園資源，建構雲端服務，以協助中小企業導入SAPB1系統。運用文獻探討、人員訪談及個案研究進行。依據研究結果提出(1)中小企業運用雲端服務導入企業資源規劃的程序；(2)雲端服務解決方案排除中小企業導入企業資源規劃的關鍵障礙，如昂貴的設置投資、資訊安全問題、資訊服務期望落差及缺乏內部資訊專才；(3)中小企業經由雲端服務導入企業資源規劃可產生永續經營、協同合作、資安管控、資料活用及管理整合等效益。雲端服務是以低成本、高效能，協助中小企業經營數位化的新興商業模式。

This study discusses how to use the campus resources to help the small and medium-sized business (SMB) implement the enterprise resource planning (ERP)-Take SAP Business One as an example. Literature review, personnel interview, and case study are used as the study methods. The study results are indicated as follows: First, to present the ERP implementation process of using cloud services to help the SMB. Second, cloud cervices can help SMB removing the obstacles from the implement of the ERP such as: Expensive installation cost, security problems, not being able to meet the expectation and the lack of internal information experts. Last, the cloud service can effectively help SMB improve business sustainability, collaborative work, information security, data flexible application and management integration. Cloud services, a new business model, can help SMB information revolution through cost reduction and business effectiveness improvement.
