Nurse's work was required to response quickly, patient orientation, complying with standard operating procedure and patient safety first. All those requirements easily lead to work overload and role stressor which are considered to be the preconditions of work bullying. Work bullying was considered to be a negative factor to nurse management and hospital management, and which is deserve to be deeply explored in Taiwan. This study tries to find out the relationship among job demand, job resources, social support, job vigor and work bullying, and finally provides theoretical and practical implications. This study surveyed 300 nurses who work at 5 hospitals in Taipei, Taiwan. The results show that: job demands positively influenced workplace bullying; job resources, social support and job vigor all negatively influenced workplace bullying.
