華夏樂齡學員健身運動課程參與動機、運動自我效能及享樂感之探討

The Study of Exercise Participation Motivation, Exercise Self-efficacy and Exercise Enjoyment with the Reference to Hwa Hsia Elderly School

摘要


本研究目的:(一)樂齡學員之運動參與程度、健身運動參與動機、運動自我效能及運動享樂感之情形;(二)不同性別樂齡學員之運動參與程度、健身運動參與動機、運動自我效能及運動享樂感之差異;(三)不同運動參與程度之樂齡學員其參與動機、運動自我效能與運動享樂感之差異;(四)瞭解運動參與程度、運動自我效能、健身運動參與動機對運動享樂感的影響。方法:以獨立樣本t考驗及迴歸分析華夏科大「樂齡學堂」體適能健身課程42名學員受試資料。結果:(一)66.6%受試者有規律運動;體適能/健康管理的得分顯著高於其他參與動機。(二)男性樂齡學員的運動參與程度、參與動機之外表/體重顯著高於女性學員。(三)高運動參與程度樂齡學員的體適能/健康管理、外表/體重、壓力/情緒管理及運動自我效能得分顯著高於低運動參與學員。(四)運動參與程度、運動自我效能對運動享樂感的預測解釋變異量為10%及21%;健身運動參與動機對運動享樂感的聯合預測解釋變異量為48%。結論:男性有較高的運動參與行為且外表/體重之動機高於女性;高運動參與學員有較高的健身運動參與動機及運動自我效能;運動參與程度、健身運動參與動機及運動自我效能可有效預測運動享樂感。

The purposes were: 1.To investigate the status of exercise participation, exercise participation motivation, exercise self-efficacy and exercise enjoyment on elderly school members; 2.To compare the difference of exercise participation level, exercise participation motivation, exercise self-efficacy and exercise enjoyment on elderly school member of different genders; 3.To explore the differences of exercise participation motivation, exercise self-efficacy & exercise enjoyment between two different level of exercise participation (high and low); 4.To explore the predict extent of exercise enjoyment by the exercise participation level, exercise self-efficacy and exercise participation motivation. The methods: participants were 42 elderly school members. The collected data were analyzed by t-test (independent) & regression analysis. The Results were as follows: 1.66.6% participants were exercise regularly; the score of exercise participation motivation in "fitness/health management" was significant higher than the other motivations'. 2. The score of exercise participation level & exercise participation motivation in "figure/weight", male was significant higher than female. 3. For the exercise participation motivation in "fitness/health management" "figure/weight" "stress/emotional management", it were significant different between two exercise participation level group (high and low). 4. Exercise enjoyment was significantly 10% predicted by exercise participation level, 21% predicted by exercise self-efficacy & 48% predicted by exercise participation motivation in. The conclusions: male scored higher than female in exercise participation and figure/weight. High exercise participation group scored higher than low group in exercise participation motivation and exercise self-efficacy. Exercise enjoyment was significantly predicted by exercise participation level, exercise participation motivation and exercise self-efficacy.
