臺灣發展運動經紀人可行性之研究-以運動產業界觀點為例

摘要


本文旨在探討以運動產業觀點研究台灣發展運動經紀人可行性。藉由半結構式訪談法對三位臺灣運動經紀人進行訪談,並透過文獻分析法及內容分析法統整出臺灣運動經紀人的發展現況、發展困境和因應方法,以及對整體運動產業發展的問題,以延伸思考我國發展運動經紀人的可行性。為此,本研究結果是:(一)臺灣運動經紀人發展現況,在形成方面,大多是對運動有興趣,或是原本從事與運動相關的工作,並非運動相關科系畢業﹔在市場結構方面,整體市場結構發展還不完善,運動經紀人參與範圍多為棒球,在其他項目的涉略較少﹔在培訓制度層面,也尚未有一套專業的制度規範。(二)臺灣運動經紀人發展之困境為市場機制不佳,資方權力大,政府方面干涉少,球團、球員、球員家長對於運動經紀人觀念仍須提升;產業結構部分,臺灣職業運動發展不完善,以致運動經紀人發展會較侷限;(三)臺灣運動經紀人發展困境之因應方法為改善市場機制,提升球員薪資結構、讓勞資雙方地位更均等;開設相關研習,從基層觀念改變,透過辦理相關論壇進而改變大眾對運動經紀人的基本觀念、產業環境完整化,促進其他運動項目職業化,建立完整脈絡;政府、運動產業界合作改變結構,透過產業界的合作,促進運動經紀市場的活絡,並結合政府擬出完善的實施規範,提升運動經紀人在臺灣發展的可行性。

The purpose of this study is to understand the staff's perceptions and feelings of the Games and to further explore the unique culture in the school games as a reference for teachers' future sports games. In this study, four teachers used the interview method to conduct real research. After summarizing the information obtained, the school sports meeting has such a cultural status: First, the start of the pressure campaign, the teacher believes that the pressure on students in today's society is generally very high. There is no appropriate pressure on the management team. The children will be given a proper pressure to vent the stage, allowing the children to temporarily put down the pressure on school work and enjoy the sports carnival. Second, in the establishment of leadership skills, in today's society, the soft power of leadership and leadership must be cultivated and established. In the team project of the sports meeting Students practice and cultivate tacit understanding. Class cadres serve as bridges between students and teachers in the activities. Third, the cohesion of the school team, in addition to athletes in a game, the most important is the support of parents and teachers entering the stadium, the unconditional support of the executive and parent associations, More students and teachers are willing to invest in this event, but also because of each other's efforts and efforts to enable the event to be successfully completed. Fourth, leadership, the school tutor is like a child's parents, care and education of children, encouragement and technical guidance at the Games, so that the spirit of education in the spirit of embossed in the hearts of students. This article aimed to explore the feasibility of developing sports agents in Taiwan from the sport industrial point of view. To further investigate this feasibility, the study conducted interviews with three sport agents in Taiwan using semi-structured interview method, followed by summarizing the present situation, the difficulties, and the corresponded solving methods of sports agents in Taiwan by utilizing both literature analysis and content analysis methods. The influence on the overall development of sports industry would also be discussed. To this end, the results of this study were: (1) For the present situation of developing sport agents in Taiwan, in terms of formation, most of them were interested in sports, or they were originally engaged in sports-related work, not graduated from sports-related departments. The overall market structure was still not well organized. It could find the sports that the sport agents get involved were more in baseball and few in other activities. In the training system, it had not yet to have a professional system standard. (2) The difficulties of developing sport agents in Taiwan were: the market structure was not well organized, the employer authority became powerful and the government had little interference. The concept of sport agents of the organization, players and player's family needed to improved. The development of sport agents was still limited due to under developed market. (3) The way to develop difficulties of Taiwan's sports agents was to improve the market system, improve the salary structure of the players, and make the status of the employers and employees more equal. It can find that if the sport agents are going to be developed in Taiwan in the future, some related forums can be formed to change the public's basic concept of sport agents, to improve the salary structure of the players, and to complete the industrial environment. Furthermore, a complete context will also be established. Sport agents' market will be promoted by cooperation between industrial circles, and regulations made by government will even be combined in order to improve the feasibility of developing sport agents in Taiwan.
