To keep appropriate body weight, fit figure and healthy are objects which people are always aspiring after. However, it seems to be a very difficult object in such a modern rich society which is over eating and lack of exercise. All kinds of media keep introducing lots of dazzling ways to keep body fit. Nevertheless, all these methods seem to be too superficial to explore all the factors that influence body weight control and even result in some serious side-effects. It’s really not only waste of money but also injuring of body. The author collected and organized age long personal experience and knowledge to analyze factors that influence weight control. This paper could be an assistance to create accurate concepts for those who want to control body weight, keep appropriate body figure and furthermore to enjoy a wonderful life quality.
