本研究目的為探討各級排球教練的工作動機與運動熱情的關係,以雙因子理論為基礎探討保健、激勵因素與運動熱情的關聯。採問卷調查法,在全國105學年度排球比賽賽季期間進行研究施測。以擔任國小、國中、高中、大專排球等各級教練為研究對象,共得有效樣本184份。資料蒐集經分析排球教練的基本資料與變項的相關情形,最後利用迴歸分析檢驗研究假設。本研究之主要結果:一、保健因素、激勵因素、調和式熱情、強迫式熱情具有中等程度的正相關,且皆達顯著。二、對於排球教練的強迫式運動熱情及調和式熱情預測力假設獲得支持,保健因素具有一定程度的預測效果,在置入激勵因素後能夠額外解釋更多的運動熱情,顯示激勵因素是有效激勵動機的因素。根據研究結果,排球教練保健因素的工作環境能正向預測熱情,因此可以從改善工作環境來提升教練對排球的熱情。此外,除了保健因素之外,激勵因素的工作成就感、工作挑戰性、個人學習成長更能增加排球教練的熱情。本研究依據研究結果,提出具體建議與未來研究方向。
Based on Hezberg's two factor theory, the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between work motivation and sports passion of volleyball coaches. This study used survey to collect data and 184 coaches who coached from elementary school to university participated during the season of national 105th academic year. I used regression to test the hypothesis. The results showed that hygiene factor positively predicted to obsessive passion and harmonious passion. Furthermore, the motivational factor can explain more variance than hygiene factor after added motivational factor into the regression model. The results supported to hypothesis and revealed that improve work environment can benefit to coaches' passion. The motivational factors, work achievement, work challenges, and personal learning growth can increase the passion of volleyball coaches. Based on the results, I make suggestions for application and future study.
