嘉義市高中職學生運動參與阻礙因素之研究

A Study of the Current Situation of High School and Vocational High School Students' Sport Participation Constraint Factors in Chia-yi City

摘要


目的:本研究旨在探討嘉義市高中職學生運動參與阻礙因素與不同背景變項對運動參與阻礙因素之差異情形。方法:以嘉義市高中職學生為研究對象,以分層比例隨機抽樣進行資料蒐集,共獲有效問卷459份,並以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定與單因子變異數分析進行資料分析。結果:嘉義市高中職學生運動參與阻礙以「人際間阻礙」得分最高,且不同性別、每月可支配零用錢與是否參加運動性社團或校隊達顯著性差異。結論:欲提高嘉義市高中職學生運動參與情形,則須針對學生人際間關係進行改善,除須獲得家人與朋友支持外,培養學生運動技能與增建適合運動場地,以增進學生運動表現與活動空間;其次,則必須注重性別、每月可支配零用錢與參加運動性社團或校隊之差異,加以設計課程或運動設施。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore how high school and vocational high school students' sport participation constraint factors in Chia-yi City and various background variables affect the students' sport participation. Methods: The objects of this study are are senior high or vocational high school students in Chia-yi city. Cluster proportional random sampling were used for collecting data, and 459 valid questionnaires are collected. This data are analyzed by using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA. Results: The results shows that the interpersonal constraint factor is highly correlated with the students' sport participation. Other factors such as gender difference, monthly allowance and the students' will of of joining the school team or the sport clubs are highly correlated with the students' sport participation as well. Conclusion: It's necessary to improve the students' interpersonal relationship for the purpose of enhancing the will of the students' sport participation. In addition to improving the students' interpersonal relationship, developing the students' atheletic skills and constructing new sports venues are also important for enhancing the students' athletic performances and enlarging the activity space; second, paying attention to gender difference, the students' monthly allowance and their will of participating in the school sports team also helps design the courses and sport facilities for the students.
