近年來教育部投注大量經費與資源積極推動補救教學師資培訓,然而相關研究卻較少探討補救教學師資培訓的訓練移轉成效議題。本研究目的為探討補救教學師資培訓之教育訓練設計、訓練滿意度與訓練移轉成效之間的關係,採用問卷調查法,以參加補救教學師資培訓之現職教師為研究對象。本研究運用結構方程模式來進行信效度檢定與假設驗證,研究結果顯示,教育訓練設計對於訓練滿意度與訓練移轉成效有正向顯著的影響,訓練滿意度對訓練移轉成效有正向顯著的影響。本研究進一步驗證教育訓練設計會透過訓練滿意度的中介作用來影響訓練移轉成效。最後,依據研究結果,本研究提出管理建議與未來研究建議。
Recently, Ministry of Education commits more resource to develop remedial instruction teaching training. However, little research explores the issue of the training transfer performance of remedial instruction teaching training. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between educational training design, training satisfaction, and training transfer performance of remedial teaching staff. This study adopts the questionnaire method. The subjects are in-service teachers who participate in remedial instruction teaching training. This study uses structural equation model to test reliability and validity and verify hypotheses. The results show that educational training design has positive and significant effects on training satisfaction and training transfer performance. Training satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on training transfer performance. This study further demonstrates that educational training design has influence on training transfer performance through the mediating effect of training satisfaction. Finally, this study proposes managerial implications and future research recommendations.
