以設計帶動地方文化產業創新之相關議題研究的初探

Preliminary Study of Issues for Design-led Innovation in Local Cultural Industries

摘要


創新是產業在市場競爭上贏得優勢的重要關鍵,並且透過組織、技術、服務、產品、行銷等活動來創造價值,然而這些活動的創造皆需要透過設計來整合。本文從設計創新、價值經營的角度,探討地方文化產業的經營價值。在研究方法上,透過文獻分析探討設計創新在產業經營構面上的特徵,並運用紮根理論,針對相關專家進行深度訪談,以了解地方文化產業的設計經營模式。研究結果發現,依照紮根理論開放性譯碼所發展出的概念共有101個,並且得出的範疇包括:(1)產業經營的運作因素和影響層面。(2)符合消費需求與創造市場區隔。(3)對產業文化傳達與詮釋。(4)以顧客價值為中心的服務設計。(5)產業本質的轉變與價值的產生。(6)產業經營人對設計的認知。(7)創意產品的開發要件與發展策略。(8)創意商品的行銷內涵和模式。(9)組織能力的養成和自我訓練的機制。(10)對風險管理的衝擊和願景規劃等。

Innovation is a key factor for businesses to gain an advantages in competition. Moreover, businesses can create value through organization, technology, service, products, marketing and similar activities. However, the establishment of such activities requires integration through design. This paper explores the business value of local cultural industries from the perspective of design-led innovation and value management. Regarding the research approach, this paper explores the distinguishing characteristics of design and innovation related to industrial operations through methods of literary analysis and utilizes proven theories to conduct in-depth interviews with relevant specialists so as to understand the operational method of design in creative industries at the local cultural level. The research result indicates that, based on the grounded theory of open coding, there are 101 concepts is developed within the scope of definition including: (1) Operational factors and levels of influence in industrial operations; (2) Meeting consumer demand and creating market segmentation; (3) Communication and interpretation of industrial culture; (4) Design of services based on customer values; (5) Transformation of industrial nature and value creation; (6) Industrial managers' recognition of design; (7) Key development conditions for created products and development strategies; (8) The marketing content and methods behind created proudcts; (9) Cultivation of organizational capabiliites and mechanisms for self-training; (10) Impact of risk management and vision planning and so on.
