(Sr1-xBax)2CeO4螢光體材料之溶膠凝膠法製備與特性解析

Preparation and Characterization of Sol-gel Derived (Sr1-xBax)2CeO4 Phosphors

摘要


本研究利用溶膠凝膠法,添加檸檬酸及乙二醇做為螯合劑及聚合劑,在空氣環境1100°C煆燒條件下製備鈰酸鍶(Sr2CeO4)藍光螢光粉體,粉體外觀呈現微米級柱狀形貌,螢光粉體之激發光譜位於紫外光區,由兩支吸收峰組成,以300 nm之波長激發,在482 nm可獲得一寬廣的放射峰;添加Ba^2+取代Sr2CeO4 晶格中Sr^2+位置,除造成柱狀粉體長度的縮短外,由於改變CeO6周圍晶場強度,造成激發光譜中300nm及350 nm激發峰能量相對比值之改變,大幅增加(SrBa)2CeO4螢光粉體在UV-LED的應用性。

Blue-emitting (Sr1-xBax)2CeO4 phosphors were successfully synthesized via the sol-gel process employing citric acid and ethylene glycol as chelating agent and polymerizing agent. After the calcination at 1100°C in air, rod-like samples were obtained. The excitation spectra of (Sr1-xBax)2CeO4 phosphors were located at ultraviolet region and composed of two peaks at 300 and 350 nm. The compounds displayed broad band peaking at around 482 nm when they were excited at 300 nm. Barium ions were doped to substitute strontium ions in the lattice of Sr2CeO4. The ratio of the intensity of the peaks at 300 nm to that at 349 nm changed with the doping amount of Ba^2+ ions in Sr2CeO4 due to the change of the crystal field surrounding CeO6 octahedron.
