本研究旨在探討中國大陸整個教練員的培訓進展與現況,本文透過對相關文件、文獻進行分析發現,教練在整個運動體系中佔有重要的決定性地位,如何建構完善的培訓與進修規範是當前的課題,本研究針對此要項分析得到幾點結果:一、確定教練員培訓制度之前,採用任命制較沒有彈性,教練員要取得晉升資格必須經過各種不同的審批制度審定;雖現行採用聘任制對教練的專業素質、知能與外語能力的要求也更高,如要取得更高級的職務就必須更加努力進修與學習。二、確定發展教練員制度迄今已進入完善階段,並與國際發展趨勢相接軌,雖然各種形式的培訓班與培訓工作尚未全部完竣,但已初步達成計畫目標。三、中國大陸獲得2008年奧運會主辦權之後,教練員崗位培訓具何種地位與戰略位置,將會是中國大陸所必須加以思考的課題,也會牽動中國大陸「奧運爭光計畫」大幅度修正。四、教練員崗位培訓工作,將具有實現與《奧運爭光計畫綱要》、《全民健身計畫綱要》相結合的特殊作用與地位,也是跨世紀的重要工程。
This study investigates the current situation and future development for coach training in China. Through data analysis and literature review, it is found that coaches play a vital role in the whole sports and physical education system. Therefore, how to establish a complete regulation on coach training and advance studies becomes a very important issue. The following are the main results of this study:1.Before the establishment of training system, appointment system in lack of flexibility was adopted. To get the qualification to be promoted, one has to be reviewed by different review systems. However, the system adopted now places more strict requirement on the expertise and foreign language fluency a coach should possess. Therefore, one has to work even harder and to pursue advance studies in order to get promotion to higher rank.2.So far, the system has been fully developed and can catch up with the international trends. Though various training courses and training jobs are still under development, the progress made so far can meet the preliminary goals.3.After winning the right to stage the 2008 Olympic Games, the roles coach in-service training plays will become an even more important issue for the authorities and will induce a wide-scale modification in the 'Olympic Winning Plan'.4.Coach in-service training will play a critical role in putting into practice the 'The Guiding Principles for Olympic Winning Plan' as well as 'The Guiding Principles for National Body Strengthening Plan' and therefore will become a very important task for this century.
