摘要

The scheme is based on the objective viewpoints to discuss the feasibility of ”School Physical Education Law”. The following are three main conclusions: 1. Social Physical Education is based on ”National Physical Education Law”, so it is necessary for us to make a law about school physical education as soon as possible. 2. According to the topic discussed in the 7th National Education Conference in July, 1994, ”Physical Education Law” was decided to be the basis of developing school physical education. 3. Making ”School Physical Education Law” or ”Physical Education Law” can make it possible to shape good physical education and sport environment , students' fitness as well as health, advance the quality of teaching, form students' sport habits, cultivate excellent sport talents and create sound and healthy students.
